What’s the cancellation policy for lessons?

Users can cancel lessons up to 24 hours before the lesson start time. Teachers can cancel lessons any time before the lesson is marked complete. 

However, we ask that all parties do their best to schedule lessons during available times and prioritize scheduled lessons whenever possible to avoid cancellations.
