We encourage students to report problems if they ever arise. On the dashboard, users can select the three dots next to the lesson and then click on Report problem.
Please specify the problem with the lesson or tutor on the Report problem dialog, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. The lesson will only show up in the user's dashboard if the user reports a problem before the lesson end time is in the past.
Otherwise, the user will have to go to the past lessons and report a problem against the lesson in question.
