Referrals program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Lessonpal Referrals Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to abide by the following guidelines and Lessonpal’s terms of service:

1. Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals who are existing Lessonpal users and registered Lessonpal Success Builders ("Referrers") and individuals who are referred to Lessonpal through the Program ("Referees"). Referrers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate.
   
   
2. Referral Process: Referrers may refer friends, family members, social media followers, or acquaintances ("Referees") to sign up as a student or tutor on Lessonpal. Referrals will be attributed when a referee signs up using a referrer’s link.  A referral is deemed successful when the referee completes all qualifying actions.
   
   
3. Referral Incentives: Referrers are eligible to receive a referral bonus for successful referrals that will be paid out periodically by Lessonpal to the referrer’s verified PayPal ID. Referees receive credit when they sign up on Lessonpal which can only be used to purchase lessons on the platform.]The incentives, distribution, qualifying events, and eligibility criteria may change from time to time and will be communicated to the referrers and referees.
   
   
4. Program Guidelines: Referrers must adhere to the Program guidelines provided by Lessonpal. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these guidelines may result in the disqualification of referral incentives and termination of participation in the Program.
   
   
5. Fair Usage: We want to create a safe space to help students achieve their learning outcomes and help tutors grow their earnings. Help us foster this community. Respect everyone, be professional, don’t spam, don’t harm, and don’t misuse.
   
   
6. Data Privacy: By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referees acknowledge and agree that Lessonpal may collect and process their personal information as outlined in Lessonpal's Privacy Policy. Lessonpal will not share the personal information of any participant in the program with other third parties.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability: Lessonpal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
   
   
8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lessonpal operates.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Lessonpal reserves the right to amend or update these terms as necessary.
