Lessonpal does not require its teachers to use a specific platform because various platforms meet different unique needs. Screen sharing is available on most online lesson platforms, but the simplest and most popular are Zoom and Google Meet.
To share a screen on Zoom, select the green “Screen share” button on the bottom; to share on Google Meet, select the screen share on the right-hand side of the screen. If you are sharing a video and want to share the sound as well, be sure to select “share computer audio.”
And don’t forget to mute your notifications before the lesson!
