If either party faces difficulty accessing the virtual tutoring session, we encourage you to report the problem so we can help.
On the Lessons screen, users can select the three dots next to the lesson and then click on Report problem.
Please specify the problem with the lesson or tutor on the Report problem dialog, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
On mobile, select the collapsible menu on the top left corner of the screen and select Lessons. On the Lessons screen, users can select the three dots next to the lesson and then click on Report problem.
