To check and see if you have any students who purchased lessons from you but did not schedule them, visit your Lessons screen by clicking the app bar’s Lessons link. On the Lessons screen, there is a counter that indicates your number of unscheduled lessons.
If you do have any unscheduled lessons, we recommend gently sending a message to your student via the chat function to remind them to schedule their lessons.
On mobile, select the collapsible menu on the top left corner of the screen and select Lessons. Under Unscheduled, there is a counter that tells you how many unscheduled lessons your students have. To see more information, select View details to see student information. You can message the students to remind them to schedule their lessons.
